Great what has been done with the place. Dog and child friendly. Great food and drinks, especially coffee! Lovely to see gluten free, veggie and vegan options as we have all of the above in our house. Excellent home made food, cookies are delicious! I've just had one! It's nice to have a place in the local area where you can sit and have a coffee and read a book. There are some unique gifts and things for sale. Great to see the community being supported here, things like the book club and exchange and charities being supported.

Cute little tea shop, the prices are great and the food especially! Paninis and breakfast sandwiches are a must here!! The owner lives locally and really cares about the service and the local area. Cannot recommend enough! This place is dog friendly too, they have snacks and treats available for your little friends.

We dropped in when passing and enjoyed a delightful brunch. The three of us loved the different options taking two different traditional cooked breakfasts and one order of waffles with bacon and maple syrup. The service was good and the cooking first class. There were some lovely touches to the seasonal decorations as well as items relating to Remembrance day and generally interesting items to buy for gifts, books, cards etc. What a great place to drop in to. If we pass again we will be back. Highly recommended.

Updated 2024 - this little tearoom is now with its latest owner . What a delightful little place , dog friendly with an enclosed garden, just passed the chip shop . The quality of the food and drinks is lovely and most importantly AFFORDABLE, a welcoming invite, I certainly recommend a visit, especially if you have visited, in the past and most definitely if you haven’t been, I much prefer to support a small independent business. Dog snacks available too Beautiful little compact tea room , lovely affordable food , friendly staff, can be hired for small afternoon tea gatherings
